Don’t worry about parking! We’ve got you covered. Simply head over to our "Find Free Parking" page in the menu for detailed parking locations with Google Maps coordinates to make your arrival easy.

2. Arrival & Check-In 📝
Once you arrive, we will ask you for your name so we can confirm your booking and we’ll give you a full briefing on how to use our facilities so you can make the most of your session.
3. Changing Rooms & Lockers 🚪
We’ll show you to the changing rooms and provide you with a locker to store your belongings safely. If you have any questions or need assistance, just let us know—we’re here to help!
4. Your Sauna & Cold Plunge Experience 🔥❄️
- Sauna: Expect the heat to be around 80-95°C—just the right temperature to help you relax, detoxify, and feel rejuvenated.
- Cold Plunge: After the sauna, cool off in our cold plunge pool, set between 6-8°C to provide an invigorating contrast that will boost your energy, reduce inflammation, and leave you feeling refreshed.
5. A Full Walk-Through of the Facilities
If it’s your first time, we’ll give you a personal tour of the entire space, so you’re comfortable navigating the sauna, cold plunge, and other facilities. We’ll be there every step of the way to ensure you have the best possible experience.
