Every Sauna & Cold Plunge session includes massage guns, shower, lockers, toiletries, an ice machine for your drinks, essential oils for steam sauna, and a full arrival walkthrough with first timers.
Ice Plunge
Take the plunge your way — choose between a refreshing 8–12 °C or an intense 3–4 °C, and for the ultimate challenge, our on-site ice machine can make it even colder on request.
