Bookings & Rescheduling Policy
Cut-off to change a booking: 24 hours before your start time
Reschedules allowed: 1 per booking
Validity: Bookings/credits must be used within 30 days of the original booking date
No-shows / late cancellations: Non-refundable, credit forfeited
How bookings work
All sessions are prepaid via our Book Now page.
You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately—please check your junk/spam if you don’t see it.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once per booking, up to 24 hours before your start time, subject to availability.
Rescheduled sessions must still be taken within 30 days of the original booking date.
Example: Booked for 26 July → valid to use by 26 August .
Cancellations & refunds
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or schedule conflicts.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: the session is charged in full and the credit is forfeited.
If we need to cancel (e.g., maintenance, staff illness), you can choose a new time or receive a full refund.
Multi-Session Packs / Credits
Packs and individual credits are valid for 30 days from the original booking date of the first session.
Unused sessions after 30 days expire. Expired credits cannot be reissued.
Memberships (if applicable)
Members can book through the usual “Book Now” flow.
Missed sessions do not roll over. Unlimited members may be asked to limit peak-time bookings to keep things fair.
Late arrivals
Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your session to avoid delaying the next guest. No refunds/credits for lost time.
Group & Private bookings
For groups of 4+ or private hire, please contact us. Different terms may apply (e.g., deposit and 48-hour reschedule window).
Health & safety
Not suitable for certain medical conditions; if unsure, consult your GP. Use is at your own risk.
Minimum age 16 unless accompanied by an adult.
Weather & operations
We operate in all weather except conditions that affect safety or equipment. If we must close, we’ll reschedule you or refund.
