Meet Redis — the heart behind Sauna Ice Balance

I come from Lithuania,

 Saunas are a big culture over there. I moved here as a child back in 2008, I always remembered the time my family would bring me to our local Sauna and never forgotten  since. I've become an adult up  here in Ireland, finished school, and fell into Construction most  of my  young adult years, learned quick off the old timers that thought me how to work with metal/wood, got grilled many times, but when I look back it shaped to who I am today.  With enough experience gained i felt like i needed to do something with my life that going to impact myself and people around me. Since going to saunas were my routine on a weekly basis, felt like there was no better way to start something special.   

So I took a leap of faith and planted the seed of SaunaIceBalance 

This isn't than just a wellness spot —  a space where people come to reset, reconnect, and feel truly alive. 

I hope you will enjoy this space as much as i enjoyed creating it for you.

Located on Main Street in Newcastle, just 100m from the beach and overlooked by Slieve Donard, Sauna Ice Balance is as much about community as it is about contrast therapy.
