Meet Redis — the heart behind Sauna Ice Balance

I started Sauna Ice Balance with a simple goal: to help people feel better — in body, mind, and spirit. This place wasn’t built overnight, and it wasn’t built alone. From the stainless steel cold plunges to the warmth of the sauna, every part of this space was made possible with the help and support of my friends & family.

Together, we’ve created something more than just a wellness spot — we’ve built a space where people come to reset, reconnect, and feel truly alive. We hope you will enjoy this space as much as we enjoyed creating it for you.

Located on Main Street in Newcastle, just 100m from the beach and overlooked by Slieve Donard, Sauna Ice Balance is as much about community as it is about contrast therapy.

Whether you’re stepping into cold water for the first time or already hooked on the routine, I’m here — with my family behind me — to welcome you in.
